First and foremost, we want to give God all the glory for making H.O.P.E. Foundation possible. Jesus Christ is the center of H.O.P.E Foundation. The homeless are special in God’s eyes.
He tells us to take care of them,
Matthew 25:40 tells us, “And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to, you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.”
We are the H.O.P.E. of JESUS and need to take care of His people.
H.O.P.E. Meals on Wheels
We launch H.O.P.E. Meals on Wheels every year to ensure we are able to provide the community with food and resources to help them through difficult times. We run H.O.P.E. Meals on Wheels every Sun, Wed & Fri from 5:30PM – 6:30PM every year.

Persons experiencing homelessness can call the Housing Crisis Hotline to begin the referral process for services/housing.
This program provides food, clothing and shelter to people in emergency housing and homeless situations. It also serves as a safety net to prevent families from experiencing eviction, utlitily service interruptions and even foreclosure.

Are you hungry, tired, and in need of shelter? Do you feel like you have nowhere else to turn? The Union Mission is open 24 hours a day. We are here for you! (They assist all of Hampton Roads Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Newport News, Hampton & Suffolk). Have limited financial assistance.
They assist all seven cities of Hampton Roads (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Protsmouth, Newport News, Hampton & Suffolk). They do not require a face-to-face appointment, and assist as funds are available.

Hampton
Salvation Army is a Christian ministry that assists with food, utilities; shelters homeless veterans and families with children.
Financial assistance available for Hampton and Newport News (funds are limited each month)
The department works to ensure that all Hampton families are able to become healthy and self-sufficient.

They assist families that live in the grove area of Williamsburg (from Busch Gardens to the beginning of Newport News line on HWY 60)
