Join us in bringing awareness to eradicating homelessness in the Hampton Roads area and beyond!
Join us for the 2024 Annual World Homeless Day Telethon on Saturday, October 12, 2024, as we come together to raise awareness and support for our Guest/Homeless community. World Homeless Day (WHD) is observed globally on October 10th each year, and we’re continuing the advocacy in the Hampton Roads community.
The H.O.P.E. Foundation World Homeless Day Telethon aims to shine a spotlight on the needs of our Guest/Homeless population and rally support from individuals and businesses alike.
We invite you to be a part of this important event as a sponsor, volunteer, participant, or coordinator. Sponsorship levels are available for those looking to contribute, while volunteers are appreciated to assist with various aspects of the telethon, including:
- setup,
- communications,
- clean up,
- technical volunteers,
- hosts/co-hosts,
- guest speakers, and
- coordinators.
Coordinators play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of the event, so if you have organizational skills to share, we’d love to have you on board.
Lunch will be provided for all participants, and we’re also seeking hosts and co-hosts to help guide our audience through the telethon proceedings.
